MAX NutriFit – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the MAX NutriFit digital platform and the services associated with MAX Coach AI. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

Through MAX Coach AI, the platform offers general training recommendations, nutrition suggestions, lifestyle guidance, connections with professionals, and e-commerce functionality. All content is provided for general informational purposes and is intended to support overall health and performance goals.

4. Health Disclaimer

The information provided through MAX NutriFit does not constitute medical or clinical advice and must not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent diseases. The platform does not replace consultations with qualified healthcare professionals. Users remain responsible for decisions relating to their training, nutrition, and lifestyle.

5. MAX Coach AI

MAX Coach AI generates automated insights based on user inputs and artificial intelligence models. Users acknowledge that such recommendations may contain inaccuracies or may not be suitable for every situation. Final decisions always remain the responsibility of the user. Certain interactions may be processed by third-party technology providers to enable the service.

6. Proper Use of the Platform

Users agree to use MAX NutriFit responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, avoiding any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity that may affect other users or the functioning of the platform. It is prohibited to copy, modify, reproduce, or attempt to access internal systems or code without authorization.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

All content, trademarks, design elements, software, and technology associated with MAX NutriFit and MAX Coach AI are the property of B Maximum Sports and Health, S.L. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

B Maximum may suspend or terminate access to the platform in cases of violation of these Terms, misuse of the AI system, or attempts to manipulate the service. Users may delete their account at any time through the application settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B Maximum shall not be liable for damages resulting from use of the platform, AI-generated recommendations, third-party services, or technical interruptions. Use of MAX NutriFit is at the user’s own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Barcelona.
